Standard terms and conditions

Unless otherwise clearly stated in the contract, the terms negotiated between Fizerchain and the supplier, Fizerchain’s standard terms and
conditions will be applicable to all purchases made by Fizerchain. This also includes any purchase orders of items that have been placed by
Fizerchain using any purchase order tool. The supplier is held responsible to have agreed to be bound by such terms that affects the
purchase order such as, performing the services and delivering the goods.
